I'm sure I could look at all of the companies listed above and say the same thing about each one of them. I can also say the same thing about what their leaders, and top income earners say, buy leads, and duplicate what your sponsor does. The problem with that type of philosophy is not everyone is the same. How can the average person duplicate what a top recruiter can do? They can't! That's why the majority of MLM businesses fail. They teach duplication, and duplication does not work.

What does work is having an organization of top loaded with customers, not reps. What does work is delegation, not duplication. What does work is teamwork, not one person doing it all. Leads or Vemma Leads

When trying to find leads, customers or people to join your business, the majority of people turn to buying leads. Buying leads to build a large business organization DOES NOT work! Now why would I say that?

First of all, it's a waste of money for any home business entrepreneur, because the ROI is simply not worth the effort and time it takes. Vemma� is a quality company that produces products and provides income opportunities to the general public. To have a business opportunity with them would be a good idea providing the company had an exceptional prospecting plan in place. The last thing any new representative needs is ending up with the sole responsibility of building a business through the process of buying Vemma leads.

People join Vemma�, or any other MLM or Network Marketing Company, with the hopes and dreams of being able to create an additional income stream. Most individuals that join these companies pour their hearts and souls into their new business. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter, they find out that they have to sell the products (become a salesperson) to others and also convince people to join their organization (become a recruiter).

The new Vemma� "business person" also finds out that they have to resort to purchasing leads. many of these Vemma leads have been called many times and don't want to hear from someone else about another MLM opportunity and/or product. The leads that have been purchased are just plain tired of the phone calls, and they have been sold over and over again by the leads companies. Think about it! If a lead was so good why would the lead companies sell them for peanuts? Vemma Leads can be purchased for less than a penny if they are purchased in large quantities. The sad fact is, these leads have been pretty much picked over, but even if they aren't, you still have to call them and sell them on your business.

Personally, I have called hundreds of leads, and I don't want to call leads anymore...

I don't like calling people and trying to sell them to come into my business. That's why I buy customers and not leads. I refuse to purchase another lead because I don't like calling these people. I have done it and don't like it! I have had people hang up me, curse at me, and I had to listen to people tell me that they wish they could get off the list that is being sold. So, if you are new to Vemma, and are considering buying leads, the list of leads you are getting are not quality names but names that has a history of being sold over and over again to unsuspecting people who are trying to build a business.

I get business proposals all the time from individuals looking for me to invest in their business, or just to look at their business. Sometimes they are looking for me to give them feedback. With all do respect, what they are really looking for is for me to read their information, or watch their business presentation, and get excited about their business, with the hopes of me joining their organization. That usually DOES NOT work!

WHY?

Most of the opportunities are the same old thing, a MLM or Network Marketing opportunity that they have received from an associate that they want me to evaluate and give them my opinion. The bottom line is they are looking for an investment from me. When I look at them I see the same common thread running through each and every one of them. They are opportunities that require buying massive amounts of leads and lots of phone work. When I see this I stay away, because I like I said before, I don't want to call anyone and try to convince them to join a business that I know will not produce the promises that were made.

NOW THE GOOD NEWS - The one that got my attention!

Although I read the majority of business proposals, it's only out of courtesy. I NEVER recommend a business opportunity, not until I got one that got my attention. This one was different! It had a totally unique business model. It was a Nutraceutical Company that had a whole new approach to the MLM and Network Marketing Industry. I looked at the products and saw that they were powerful and promoted wellness. Although many other opportunities promoted wellness, this company was unique. They promoted Wellness and Wealth simultaneously.

As I kept reading I saw what really triggered my mind, and made me realize that this is a totally different approach. I saw their was no other MLM company that had anything like it. As I did my due-diligence, I could not find anything like this on the Internet, except the company proposed in the plan. What was this unique concept? They promoted buying customers, NOT leads!

Buy Customers not leads...

As I kept reading and learning, I found out that this company has the unique ability to sell direct to the consumer and then once the consumer buys the product they sell the customer to Business Affiliates. I searched the web site and read everything that I could trying to find out if I was missing something, or if my perception of this company was wrong. I never heard about buying customers and so I wasn't sure that I was reading it correctly.

I called several people to verify the information. I talked to a person who had been doing it for a while and he confirmed my findings. I do not have make phone calls to leads who don't want to be called. All I do is purchase the customer from the company and get the commissions.

I keep reading and trying to find the flaws in the system, but none were found. I went to a meeting at http://itsgoodbusiness.net and listened to Tom Prendergast talk about how he has gotten increased results every month for seven years, even though he was not working the business. In other words, his check had gone up every single month since he started, and all he had to do was buy customers.

I thought I have heard it all, but not this time. This is a new innovation to me, even though it has been around for almost ten years. As this catches on, I believe it will drive other MLM or Network Marketing Companies wild because they simply can't compete. I also believe that this is going to pull top producers away from their current MLM companies. I have heard many top producers are already looking at this business model and have plans to leave their existing companies. Why? The majority of network marketers DO NOT like making unnecessary phone calls. With this business model, you can never lose your customers since they are customers and not someone's downline. This makes your business stable and solid.
